•Constitution day or Samvidhan Diwas or Constitution Day is annually celebrated on November 26. Commemorates the adoption of the Constitution of India by the Constituent Assembly on November 26, 1949.
•The Constitution of India was drafted by a committee guided by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and adopted on 26th November 1949. It was brought into force on 26th January 1950 when India transitioned from being a British colony to a sovereign republic.
•The whole of India celebrates Constitution Day with parades, seminars, and quizzes. The purpose is to contribute towards the understanding and understanding of its meaning in the constitution of India, its value, and the formation of a democratic structure of the country.
Mission Abhyas
•It is a flagship initiative by Indian Railways to provide training and apprenticeship in various trades and skills to students and youth.
•The mission provides students with hands-on training and training experience that prepares them for the industry. The mission awards scholarships and certifications to participants, which enhances their employment chances.
•The mission aims at enhancing skill development and the employment initiative in India; it trains more than 100,000 students and youth yearly.

• DNA fingerprinting has numerous applications in forensic science, paternity testing, and genetic research. It is used to identify human remains, to resolve crimes, determine paternity, and to study genetic diseases.
•DNA fingerprinting is a highly potent tool in identification, though it does possess many limitations. Advantages include high accuracy, uniqueness and permanence. Limitations include contamination, risk of DNA degradation, and the need for specialized equipment and expertise.
