Clean coast campaign

• The Clean COAST campaign was launched on June 5, 2018 on the World Environmental Day by the Environment, Forestry and Climate Change.

• The main purpose is to repel citizens, eliminate artificial waste in plastic bottles, tobacco butts, and a series of coastal areas, and recognize the preservation of sea and waterways.

• The initiative has been undertaken in collaboration with the Ministry of Earth Sciences and governments of coastal states and union territories.
